Captain Joseph A. Grace, Jr. U.S.N.R. (Retired)

Captain Joseph Grace is President of Grace & Associates,  a consulting firm focused on military and civilian healthcare, the Veterans Administration and Information Technology. Captain Grace was Chief Information Officer for Navy Medicine from 2004 to 2006 with responsibility that included all operational Information Management and Information Technology in support of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery for the Surgeon General. In this position Captain Grace was nominated as the Department of Defense CIO of the year by Navy Medicine. 

Captain Grace is active on many Boards and Committees and is a recognized leader of the business community of Louisiana and was the Founding President of the New Orleans Technology Council, known today as the Louisiana Technology Council. Captain Grace holds a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy, an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans, and has done post-graduate work in Nuclear Engineering at the Naval Nuclear Power School.
