Rear Admiral R.G. Guilbault U.S.N. (Retired): Co-Chair
Rear Admiral R.G. Guilbault's 40 years of combined experience in government and the high tech industry provides strategic direction and vision for the Board of Advisors.
Serving in the Navy for 34 years, Rear Admiral Guilbault was the first commanding officer of the first Aegis cruiser, USS Ticonderoga CG-47, Battle Force Commander in the Sixth Fleet aboard USS Eisenhower CVN (69) and Director Navy Command & Control in the Pentagon. He also served as Deputy Director Navy Space & Electronic Warfare overseeing changing information warfare environments and C4I technology advances.
Since retiring, Rear Admiral Guilbault served in the high-tech industry as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives with Digital Equipment Corporation & Lucent Technologies. In addition to his work on Fortress' board, he is the principal for R.G Guilbault Consulting and is a director of the Treasure Coast, Florida chapter of the Navy League.
