Tom Ferguson U.S. Ambassador (Retired)

As a U.S. Ambassador during the Reagan and Bush Administrations, Mr. Ferguson provides a valuable global view to the Board of Advisors.

As Ambassador to Brunei, he promoted military sales and U.S. Government interests in Southeast Asia. Prior to that he served as Deputy Commissioner and COO for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, where he was also responsible for the U.S. Border Patrol. As Director of the eastern Caribbean, he was responsible for the largest American presence in Theater. He negotiated country agreements with heads of states and Ministers of External Affairs for all 10 island nations. Currently, Mr. Ferguson is CEO of Ferguson Associates, a government affairs and international customs and immigration firm. His law and undergraduate degrees are from Vanderbilt University.
