Colonel Chris Wilhelm’s Army career spanned more than twenty-six years with a record of achievements in Joint and Service command, control, communications, and computer systems (C4), information technology (IT), with related communications-electronics systems experience supporting joint systems integration, and combat communications. He held a variety of responsible positions in unified combatant commands, Department of the Army C4 Staff, deputy brigade commander, and battalion commander. Along the way he obtained a graduate degree in national military strategy, performed budget planning and allocation, and taught leadership courses as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at the university level.

 

Since his retirement from the Army in October of 2007 he has served with CACI Inc. as a Senior Director for Business Development and is currently a Division Manager within the Enterprise Information Technology & Network Services Group. He is responsible for C4IT Services in all facets of communications and network engineering, analysis, integration, deployment and maintenance activities.
